Manila is the digital-nomad heart of El Poblado — leafy streets, design-forward Airbnbs, and our most-requested micro-zone. Average arrival to a Manila address: 25-35 minutes.
Manila sits one ridge west of Provenza and runs uphill from Avenida El Poblado toward the Diez Hotel and the Click Clack. It is the part of Poblado where the food-and-coffee scene (Hija Mia, Pergamino's flagship, Mercado del Río walkability) outweighs the nightlife, and our Manila bookings reflect that: more Executive, Myers and NAD+ drips than morning-after Hangover IVs. Manila clients tend to be 30-45-year-old remote workers on month-long stays rather than weekend tourists.
Manila is dense with mid-rise apartment towers (12-20 floors) that almost always require a unit number, a building name and a doorman call. When you message us, include the building (e.g. 'Edificio Mandala, apto 1503'), the doorman/portería number if you have it, and whether you'll authorize entry yourself or want us to call from downstairs. Average door-to-door arrival is 30-40 minutes.
Executive Drip ($110) and Myers Cocktail ($110) for the digital-nomad routine, NAD+ Therapy ($549) for longer-stay clients running monthly protocols, Immunity Boost ($110) during rainy season (April-May, October-November), and the occasional Hangover IV after a Provenza overflow night. Manila is also our most common location for repeat clients booking every 2-3 weeks.
Long stays, packed work calendars, and weekly Provenza nights add up. Our nurses run weekly NAD+, Myers, and Immunity drips for many of the same clients month after month.
We know the high-rise concierge desks on Calle 11A and Carrera 43F, the boutique buildings near Parque Lleras, and the quieter co-living houses tucked behind Patio Bonito.
NAD+ Therapy ($549) for biohacking nomads, Myers Cocktail ($110) for steady weekly maintenance, and Hangover IV ($110) every Sunday morning.
