Sabaneta is the calmest, most family-friendly corner of greater Medellín — and it's our southernmost daily route. From the main park to El Carmelo, our nurses cover every block with the same flat pricing as Poblado.
Sabaneta is the southern-most municipality on our regular route and the most local-feeling of any zone we serve. The Parque Principal de Sabaneta on Sunday mornings is full of families, the Calle del Comercio is busy with restaurants and bars on Friday and Saturday nights, and the Mayorca mall corridor draws weekend traffic from across the south Aburrá Valley. Our Sabaneta bookings split between local residents booking wellness drips and weekend visitors from Bogotá and the coast booking hangover relief after a night on the Calle del Comercio.
Parque Principal and the surrounding restaurant blocks, Calle del Comercio (Carrera 45 between the park and Mayorca), the Mayorca shopping corridor, Aves María, San José, Restrepo Naranjo, Holanda and the Pan de Azúcar lower slopes. We deliver to hotels along the Avenida Las Vegas extension and to apartment complexes throughout central Sabaneta.
Sabaneta sits 12 km from our Poblado dispatch base. Despite the distance, we keep the same flat pricing as Poblado and Laureles. ETA averages 55-70 minutes depending on Avenida Las Vegas conditions. For weekend recovery bookings around the Calle del Comercio, book the night before for a guaranteed morning slot — Sabaneta Saturday nights frequently sell out our Sunday-morning hangover capacity.
Parque Principal, Restrepo Naranjo, San Joaquín, San José, La Doctora, Calle del Banco, María Auxiliadora, and the Avenida Las Vegas corridor down to Itagüí.
Long-stay expats favour the recurring Immunity Boost ($110) and Myers Cocktail ($110). Visitors who explored Provenza the night before usually choose the Hangover IV ($110).
Average door-to-door arrival from Poblado is 35-50 minutes via Avenida Las Vegas. Send your address and apartment number on WhatsApp and we'll text when the nurse is downstairs.
